Traditional dishes
Barbara Bartolotta, your chef for this program, is an expert Italian cooks with extensive experience. She offers an introduction to preparing-and eating-traditional dishes along with the appropriate wines. Classes may be scheduled for any date with a two-day advance notice, and are conducted in your native language.
Lessons begin at 16:00. After assisting in the preparation of dishes, you sit at a table and at 18:30/19:00 you have dinner, enjoying your creations with the correct wines. We are able to arrange the lessons also in the morning beginning at 10:30am. You have lunch at 12:30/13:00.
