France has a collection of breads and pastries, but the "Provencal Bakery" is really different due to the local fruits & flavor: olive oil, seeds, cheese.
The greatest difficulty will be to choose only 2 or 3 of these products, salty and/or sweet from my long list !
Enjoy a beautiful cooking class with your host Marie Gouliardon wich will welcome you in her own kitchen in Nice, she will make you discover a typical Bakery and Pastry from France.
After a presentation of local products depending on the season, you will use it for cooking a delicious meal.
