What is FindEatLocal?

FindEatLocal is specialized for finding and booking unique local adventures all over the world. We love creating authentic experiences and lifetime memories for travelers. All in one marketplace! We empower travelers to connect with local providers and enjoy local food and wine tours, tastings, culinary classes and many other activities. 

We work only with trusted businesses, such as tour operators, local farms, wineries and others, whose services reflect the local, regional or national cuisine, heritage and culture. Start with your adventure, explore unique offers and book a bite of local cuisine.

How does the booking process work?

You can easily make your booking via our Marketplace. There is no registration needed in order to make a booking. First, search for the activity and/or location you want. Then select a date and number of participants. Once you are ready to confirm your booking, please review it once again to make sure everything is as you wish. You can pay the selected activity via PayPal. After you submit your payment successfully, the Supplier has to confirm your booking within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail. In case the Supplier does not accept your booking, the payed amount will be refunded to your account.

How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed?

Once you have successfully booked your activity, the Supplier has to confirm your booking within the next 48 hours. When you booking is confirmed by the Supplier, you will get a confirmation via e-mail, containing the details of your reservation. You can communicate with the Supplier for further information, through our platform.

If you haven’t received our confirmation email, please first check your spam folder. If you still can’t find this email feel free to contact us by email at info@findeatlocal.com and we will get back to you shortly.

What if I have questions about my booking?

If you wish some information regarding you booked activity, you can communicate directly with the supplier using our website.

How do I pay for the booking?

All tours are booked directly through our website. Once confirming the booking, you will be taken to the PayPal page to complete the process. Your PayPal account will be charged for the whole amount of your booked activity. In case the supplier does not accept your booking, the amount will be credited to the original account it was taken from.

How can I cancel my booking?

We understand that sometimes travel plans can change. You can cancel your booking anytime by sending an email with to info@findeatlocal.com

For cancellations made up to 48 hours before the activity starts, the paid amount will be fully refundable. Otherwise you will be charged the full amount. If you don´t show up for the activity, you will also not receive a refund.The cancellation process will be complete, once you receive a cancellation email from FindEatLocal.

Please note that different suppliers might have different cancellation policies, published in their terms and conditions. In that case their cancellation conditions are valid and not our FindEatLocal Terms & Conditions.
