The tour will start with a visit to the local market, meeting the farmers and tasting some of our best regional products. You will learn about the best seasonal ingredients to buy to prepare our selected dishes. The hands on cooking class will take place in a countryside Mas, where we will also eat the typical Provencal lunch that you will prepare. 

With the freshest seasonal ingredients, we’ll prepare your favorite recipes in a friendly, relaxed and authentic atmosphere. Some of the most famous Provence recipes : Asperges aux truffes, Beignets de fleur de courgette, Daube Provençale, Ratatouille, Petits farcis, Artichauts en Barigoule, Tarte aux pignons,(Beef & wine casserole, vegetable Ratatouille, Stuffed small vegetables, Artichokes & Pork stew, Asparagus & Truffles, fried Zucchini flowers, Pine nuts tart)
